“Nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so”….  but creating visible changes in one’s environment may produce instant change  because an action has been taken. When things are out of sync in our lives, and a state of discomfort exists, there are many options available to enable us to find solutions and peace of mind,  from medications  to counseling with a trained professional to talking with an empathetic friend or family member.
